If you receive a damaged/Incorrect product, please take Videos and pictures of the product and contact organicchickballapura@gmail.com OR what’s app to +919844524492 within 1 day upon receiving the order.

The video and pictures of the product must show that the product is unopened and has all the packing intact.

All the Exchanges will be issued only after the Images and Videos have been received from the customer and inspected by the team to confirm whether they meet our eligible criteria above.
